Valentine’s Day is the day of love and friendship celebrated annually on the 14th of February.
Every year, people show their love for one another by sending Valentine’s cards and giving gifts such as chocolates, flowers and teddy bears. These gifts are usually themed with love hearts in red and pink and are very popular and this year it was no exception @ CBB.
The Thermalism Students wrote some letters to exchange and the 12th graders organised a “Mercadinho da Amizade” @ Jacques Delors Room with delicious pastry and savory snacks.
No Valentine’s celebration would be complete without heartfelt creativity—students crafted lovely cards to spread joy and happiness and so, the 6th grade students made some postcards about the importance of friendship.
Besides that, students participated in a Valentine’s Day Contest called “Ecovalentine” using sustainable materials and crafting up some Valen-activities.
All the students had fun and celebrated with festive fun this season of love!
